Instructors
"I started going to The Pilates Body about 5 months ago with no prior experience using any pilates equipment. As a new student, I went there reluctant and intimidated. The instructors made me feel comfortable immediately. They are professional, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. I have learned so much from all of the instructors. The knowledge they exude illustrates how well trained they all are. Not only do I feel that I get a great workout from both the mat and equipment classes, but I have fun too and leave there feeling revived!
The Pilates Body is an enjoyable experience in a clean and invigorating environment. I have grown to love doing pilates. I believe my passion for pilates developed from the wonderful experience I've had as a student at The Pilates Body. If you want an awesome workout while being challenged, go to The Pilates Body. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself."

Her overall flexibility and strength increased dramatically, her posture drastically improved, and long-term back pain associated with sway back and a pinched nerve practically disappeared. Feeling these results almost immediately, Kristen began training at least three times per week at an Authentic Pilates studio. After only a few months, she knew teaching Pilates to others would be her next passion. In February of 2009, she was accepted into the prestigious NY Pilates Studio Certification Program, the oldest authentic certification program in existence. As an apprentice, Kristen has received more than 500 hours of intensive training with Jennifer O'Mara, owner of The Pilates Loft in Orlando, Master Teacher Brett Howard of The Pilates Haus in New Jersey, and David Freeman, owner of The Pilates Institute of Fort Lauderdale and Director of The United States Pilates Association.
