Yoga creates balance in the body by developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose.
Our excellent yoga instructors will guide you through a challenging workout whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Private sessions are available by appointment by calling 724-941-2411.
Class Schedule:
Monday night 7pm - Beginning Yoga with Kate Olson.
Tuesday morning 9am - Intermediate Yoga with Krista Schollaert.
Wednesday night 6pm - Intermediate Yoga with Krista Schollaert.
Saturday morning 8am - Beginning Yoga with Kate Olson.
"I wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed the Wednesday night yoga sessions with Krista. When I first came to the class, I knew very little about yoga, but Krista has been so patient as she has taught not only me, but my classmates the proper way to hold poses and how to fluidly move from one pose to the next. I already feel so much more flexible and more comfortable with many of the movements. I have fallen in love with this art, and I am excited to keep learning and improving in my yoga practice.
